Dan Prussing
Dan's Prairie Village story started out as a five year plan to buy, fix and flip a house at the corner of 77th and Chadwick. Now 30 years later, he's still here and loves having deep roots in the community. With a Master's degree in Business Administration, Dan has worked for almost 30 years as a consultant, recruiter, client manager specializing in engineering and manufacturing. His career is all about connecting with people, solving problems and service. He comes from a small farming community and knows the meaning of hard work and a belief in treating people the way we all wish others to treat us.

City Council should not be political and if elected I will act as an independent voice, listening to the will of the people and using all of my experience to help guide the city to good decisions and a prosperous future

Restore the voice of PV Residents
Get city spending / debt in check
Focus on village issues not big bureaucracies and grand projects
Keep the village in essence that small town we love but still a safe harbor in the midst of the big city
Recognize that shoe-horning more apartments / people in a land locked area might not be best for residents
Dan has been with his current company for over 25 years as a Sr. Client Manager and has managed part of the company.
He has been an active member of Lutheran Church of The Resurrection for almost 30 years. Has been president of the congregation several times as well as on council many times. He has his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and also an MBA from University of Central Missouri.
He worked for the Small Business Administration early in his career helping struggling businesses keep their doors open and a family dream alive.
He brings almost 40 years of experience working with all types of businesses and people, finding common ground and common sense solutions to what might seem to be complex problems.
